we got a good dose of it-- missouri, that is-- over the last few days as we traversed the state to visit adam's family in kansas city and the branson area.  i always get a kick out of all of the town names we butcher like versailles (vursales) and santa fe (santa fee).  i decided to write down a few town names that entertained me as we drove.

we passed through:

4. fair play

8. cabool

10. sleeper
