it will make you feel, um, angry at the auto manufacturers, but it's an important movie.  it's super small scale right now, meaning the filmmakers are on tour around the country themselves,  at every show.  afterwards, they do a Q&A session with the audience.

the gist is that technology has been around for decades to make much more fuel efficient vehicles.  MUCH MORE.  like 100 mpg more.
